INGREDIENTS

Pizza Dough: Fortified WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), water, salt, yeast.

Tomato Sauce: Peeled tomatoes, tomato juice, acidity regulator: citric acid, salt.

Fior di Latte Mozzarella: MILK, salt, vegetarian rennet, potato starch.

Pecorino Romano: MILK, salt, rennet.

Semolina: Durum WHEAT semolina.

Basil.
