Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on food items.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If there is an issue with your order — such as an incorrect item, a quality problem, or something that doesn't meet the standard you'd expect — please get in touch within 48 hours of collection and we'll do our best to make it right. This may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Pre-orders: If you need to cancel a pre-order, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may not be eligible for a refund as ingredients will already have been prepared.
